As an add-in to the already familiar Microsoft Excel, SigmaXL is a powerful and easy to use tool for statistical and graphical analysis. Ideal for use in introductory to advanced statistics courses.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

SigmaXL® PC System Requirements

Minimum System Requirements:

Computer and processor: 500 megahertz (MHz) processor or higher.

Memory: 1 GB of RAM or greater.

Hard disk: 1 GB of available hard-disk space.

Display: 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor.

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 8, or later operating system.

Microsoft Excel version: Installed versions of Excel versions 2010, 2013, 2016, or 2019 with the latest service packs. The installed version of Office 365 is also compatible.

Note: Online/Cloud Versions of Office - Microsoft Office Online and Office 365 cloud applications are not compatible with SigmaXL.

**Users must have administrative rights to install SigmaXL.

SigmaXL® Mac System Requirements

Minimum System Requirements:

Memory: 1 gigabyte (GB) of RAM or greater.

Hard disk: 1 GB of available hard-disk space.

Display: 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor.

Operating system: OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) or later.

Note: SigmaXL is also compatible with Macs that have the new M1 chip. Users have to follow these instructions to open Excel using Rosetta and then open SigmaXL.

Microsoft Excel version: Excel 2016 (up-to-date 64 bit version only) or Excel 2019.

Note: Online/Cloud Versions of Office - Microsoft Office Online and Office 365 cloud applications are not compatible with SigmaXL.
